Upcoming LessonNext week we will be reading the graphic novel Ghost World to tie together our theme unit on The Catcher in the Rye and prepare for our final multimedia essay: a comparison of the two texts. We will first discuss the expectations for the essay, then take a look at how reading a graphic novel is different from reading a traditional novel. Next, we will go over the reading notes for Ghost World and then you will be able to use the remainder of class time to get started on your reading. If inclined, please take a look at the essay instructions, guide to reading a graphic novel, and reading notes.
